You no longer need to engineer a solution, select components, buy parts and assemble your own electrical variable speed package for your existing Reeves MotoDrive. The new Reeves INNOVAdrive is a pre-engineered, pre-assembled, drop in replacement.
Master Power Transmission has eliminated the complexity of having to design, source, fabricate and assemble a drive package that matches the same performance characteristics and critical mounting dimensions of the original MotoDrive. We have designed an elegant package that is easy to select.
If your MotoDrive application has a reducer, requires constant torque, and is in a parallel configuration, in a matter of seconds you can select the compact and versatile INNOVAdrive from Master Power Transmission. We’ve taken into consideration all the performance curves and created a selection chart to match your existing MotoDrive.
“If you know your max RPMs and current horsepower on your Reeves MotoDrive, slide your finger over and you get the part number of the INNOVAdrive. It’s a preselected, prepackaged solution that’s as easy as 1-2-3,” said President Michael Cinquemani.
The INNOVAdrive combines the rugged Master APG gear reducer, a variable frequency drive in a NEMA 4X/IP65 enclosure, and an inverter capable motor. Packages are available to replace most parallel shaft MotoDrives from ¼ through 7-1/2 HP in output speed ranges from 14 through 3,000 RPM.
The INNOVAdrive matches the original MotoDrive ratings, mounting footprint and output shaft location. The packages may be longer than the original MotoDrive, but never higher or wider.
The VFD is easily programmable and offers a wide variety of control options. All INNOVAdrives have a built-in tachometer that reads output speed and may be reprogrammed to read process parameters.
